Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Please note: We currently cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium eyewear purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (including protective cases for eyewear)
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Important Exceptions:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on prescription glasses unless they are faulty or there was an error in the prescription provided. All prescription eyewear sales are final when the correct prescription has been used.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our Oxford-based team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your item securely – Use the original packaging if possible, and include all original accessories.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our boutique address at 85 High St, Oxford, GB OX6H 8CL using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you wish to exchange the item
- Specify the replacement product you would like
We will ship your new item once we receive the returned product. For international exchanges, please note that any customs duties or taxes for the new item will be your responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
