Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (including protective cases for eyewear)
- A proof of purchase must be provided
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – Our Oxford-based team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your item securely – Use the original packaging if possible, and include all original accessories.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our boutique address at 85 High St, Oxford, GB OX6H 8CL using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Exchanges
